Bad return or exchange

I reached out to customer service to have the Hydroextrem5 exchanged for a larger model and pay the difference. I haven’t use the product, it was in the sealed bag and the representative was a kind of rude saying that they cannot exchange it. I sent a bunch of emails but didn’t get any answers back. So now I’m stuck with a product that I cannot use. Disappointing

You mentioned you sent “a bunch of emails,” but we only received one email from you, to which we replied promptly the same day. In our response, we politely explained that, as per our return policy, we cannot accept used or opened items due to hygienic reasons. However, we did offer you a discount on an upgrade to a larger model to help with your request — a detail you left out of your review.

We understand it's frustrating when a product doesn't meet expectations, but our policies are in place to ensure safety and fairness for all customers. If your product is truly unused and sealed in the retail box, we’re still happy to revisit your case and work toward a solution.

Does not pump up well got it to pump up a couple of times but can’t get it to repeat twice in a row

Thank you for sharing your experience with your Bathmate product. We’re sorry to hear that you’re having trouble getting it to pump up consistently, and we’d love to help resolve this for you.

Here are a few tips to ensure the pump works effectively:

Warm-Up: It’s important to warm up with a hot shower or bath for about 5-10 minutes before use. This helps improve blood flow and ensures the pump creates a proper seal.

Proper Seal: Ensure the comfort ring at the base is properly positioned and that it’s creating a full seal against your body. Sometimes, body hair or insufficient contact can affect the suction. (you may have to trim if you are hairy)

Water Level: Make sure the pump is filled with enough water before use. If the water isn’t at the right level, it can impact performance.

Pump Technique: Try pressing the pump firmly towards your body and releasing it slowly to create the vacuum. Repeat this process a few times for optimal results.

If you’ve tried these steps and are still experiencing difficulties, we recommend performing a suction test to check the functionality of your pump:

Place the pump in a tub, sink, or bucket filled with water.
Submerge the pump fully and press it down onto the bottom surface.
The pump should expel water and create suction.
If the suction test fails, there are two possible reasons:

The valve isn’t locked properly – Please check the locking instructions in the manual and ensure it’s securely in the locked position when pumping.

A faulty valve – If the valve is defective, we can assist you in replacing it or providing further support.

Really good overall, but there was a minor issue with valve

I have been waiting for them to make the Goliath bathmate pump into and extreme model for years now and finally they have. After 4wks of use all I can say is FREAKING AWESOME! This pump has way better pressure and allows for a more precise amount to be applied. The results I have seen using the Goliath Xtreme have been phenomenal. Very excited and a very happy customer.

Great pump, really boosts my performance. It’s been worth every penny!
